Delivery and return terms

_{If the consumer has been sold a product of inadequate quality and if the said product has manufacturing or factory defects and the seller has not set a precondition regarding its defects, If the appearance of the delivered product does not match the picture and/or description on the website, the consumer has the right to request, at his/her choice, to replace it with a similar product, or a product of a different sample (model, product type), with an appropriate recalculation of the purchase price. The consumer's claims are discussed and the product is replaced if the consumer has returned the defective product, the said product has not been used, its product range, consumer properties, product labels, as well as the product or cashier's check given to the consumer with the sold product are preserved. In all cases, the consumer is obliged to inspect the product on site in the presence of the delivery person. If the buyer accepts the product and later there is a problem with the purchased product, "Eliteshop.am" is not responsible for this. In all other cases, according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the sold products are not subject to replacement.}

_{Payment procedure}

_{Payment can be made online, in person, through IDRAM (IDRAM QR and Rocket Line). Online payments are made through Visa, MasterCard and ArCa payment systems. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery in Armenian drams.}

_{1․Online payment: Online payments are made through Arca (Master, Visa, Arca) payment systems. If you are already registered in these systems, then after selecting the appropriate option and after confirming the order, you will be taken to the website of the payment system, where you need to enter your username and password in that system and make the payment. If you are not yet a user of those systems, you can register here.}

_{2․Cash: This means that you pay for the product you ordered and its delivery in cash upon receipt of the order. The delivery person provides your cash register receipt attached to the Sales Order package. If the customer offers to pay for the delivered goods later or refuses to make payment, our courier has the right to return the delivered goods.}

_{3․By payment card when receiving the order. If you choose this option, our delivery person will bring a POS terminal with him, and you will be able to pay with your card right there and receive the corresponding receipt.}

_{4․Through IDRAM, IDRAM QR and Rocket Line;}
